The report disclosed that the percentage of violence in public secondary schools is considerably higher than those compared to elementary schools or middle schools. The survey reports reveals that nearly 92% of the public secondary schools are estimated to report one or more cases of assault bullying and gang violence. Another suggestion given by the report stated that the quantity of serious discipline breaching incidences and school wide disruptions were also responsible for the promotion in cases of harassment, fighting and assaulting.

The report also stated that the administrative practices were the major culprits behind the increment of incidences of school violence in public secondary schools. Most of the children were not satisfied with their school atmosphere because of their suffering from mental and psychological distress. Some children were also a victim of seclusion and biasness in the class.
